Thank you for your request dated Jan 14, 2023 11:19:34 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for SEC Registered Companies.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that you may request for the list of registered entities by industry [https://psa.gov.ph/content/philippine-standard-industrial-classification-psic] to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  This will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.
