I am a 2nd-year student of the Mapua and currently have a Marker Research. One of the requirements of this subject is to make a research paper of one of the local brand/company. I chose Colourette Cosmetics. Hence,  we are requesting a copy of the company's audited financial statements for the year 2021 and 2022. I hope you will furnish as a copy. Thank you very much!

You asked for Colourette Cosmetics Audited Financial Statement for the Year 2021-2022.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, there is no registered entity under the name of Colourette Cosmetics, hence, we do not have any corporate records on file with the Commission. However, based on our initial findings, please be inform further that there is a registered entity under the name of NIV DELLA BEAUTY INNOVATIONS INC. Doing business under the name and style of FRESH FORMULA SKIN PRODUCTS, COLOURETTE COSMETICS with SEC Registration #CS201704994. As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2017 to 2021.

To request for a copy of said AFS, you may proceed through SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
