You asked for General Information Sheet (GIS) of TACDEA and GATE.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, there is no registered entity under the name of Government Association of Tacloban Employees (GATE), hence, we do not have any corporate records on file with the Commission. However, based in our database there is a registered entity under the name of Tacloban City DepEd Employees Association (TACDEA) with SEC Registration #CN201607023 registered in 2016.

Kindly be advised that you can request for copies of any corporate records i.e., AFS and GIS on file with the Commission through our SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents by logging in at  [https://www.sec.gov.ph/online-services/sec-express-system/#gsc.tab=0].  The system covers the following options:
