On 15 August 2018, we filed a Motion with the Company Registration and Monitoring Department praying that the Honorable Office (1) issue a writ of execution to implement the Order dated 28 September requiring FREE CHAPTER PHILS. HOG INTL. to change or modify its corporate name by excluding the word "HOG", and (2) enter the Order dated 28 September 2016 into its Book of Entries of Judgements. 

It has been more than 5 months since we filed the Motion and more than 2 years since the Order was issued. May we inquire as to the action the Department will be taking on the matter.
