          I am Christian Talaguit, an undergraduate student of De La Salle University, currently making a thesis on the religious organization Spiritual FIlipino Catholic Church. In line with this research interest, I wish to inquire if the Commission has documents related to the Universal Rizalist Brotherhood Association Incorporated (URBAI) since this group possibly has a historical connection with the SFCC. Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated March 9, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In connection with your request for documents ralated to Universal Rizalist Brotherhood Association Inc. please be informed that you can get plain or authenticated copies of this documents thru the following options; 

1.	Online Document Retrieval System- an online facility that is available for internal users only.  The public can go directly to SEC Head Office to print plain copies of documents submitted to SEC.  Kindly note that we do charge (Php10.00 per page + Php50.00 basic charge per company) as stated in the SEC MC No. 3 series of 2017. 2	SEC Express System - alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC.  It covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
c.	By Appointment – the public may schedule an appointment when to go to SEC to make their request for documents.  The request shall then be accompanied at the appointed date and time. A maximum of three (3) documents per appointment shall be accommodated. One-time request in excess of three documents shall be referred to the Online Application and/or Call Center Facility.  All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within three (3) days from the date of payment.
