You asked for List of companies engaged in trading of cocoa and cacao products and their financial data.

Response to Request

For your first query which is the list of companies engaged in manufacturing/distribution of cacao/cocoa products in the Philippines, please be informed that your request has been forwarded to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request requires payment as stated in SEC MC No. 3 s 2017. As to the financial data of the company you may request their Audited Financial Statements using SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days from the date of payment.
