I would like to request a list of entities operating within the leasing business/industry as well as the following information:
- company name
- address
- date of incorporation / registration
- business description (e.g., note 1 in the audited FS or general information sheet)
- financial data for financial year 2019 (revenue, direct and indirect costs, other income and expenses, profit before tax, total assets)

You asked for List of Entities operating in the Leasing Industry.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that your request has been forwarded to Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request requires payment as stated in SEC MC No. 3 s 2017. As to the financial data of a certain company you may request copy of the Annual Audited Financial Statement of a registered corporations thru SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days from the date of payment.
