Dear Sir/Madam:

Greetings!
The FFOC has authorized Ms. Marisol Duran to file the documents to update the GIS of the Federation of Filipino Organizations in Cyprus(FFOC), INC. with registration Certificate #2021040012203-01. She started the process in February 2022 but until now nothing was done.

She did the necessary steps like enrolling herself as filer, and followed the protocols set forth for the process but she couldn't get through the online filing.

In view thereof, may I please ask your assistance in this matter. I would like to know why FFOC couldn't update her GIS. Thank you.

You asked for FFOC GIS update.

Response to Request

The account of Federation of Filipino Organizations in Cyprus (FFOC) Inc. is under PENDING status.  Kindly attached your submitted MC28 Report (Annex D) or your submitted GIS version 2020 to change the status to activated.  Please be advised that in order for the company account to upload your reports, you would need to deactivate first your active filer. If the authorized filer account is going to be used for uploading, it should be active in your company account.

You can upload your reports in two ways:

•	Upload via company account

           o there should be no active filer

           o company is already activated

•	Upload via authorized filer account

          o should be active authorized filer

          o company is already activated

Please be advised that if the prerequisites are not met, upload button will be disabled.
