Hi good day i just want to know if the SEC can do something about the suspension of AR Abra mining in pse by trading unlisted shares , many investors are getting upset due to long time update and we are worried about our money. we need help for update and immediate action for their suspension while its getting long for investigation theres a chance that they can flee for the accusation, i hope you understand

You asked for update and inquiry of abra mining suspension.

Response to Request

Please be informed that there is pending administrative proceedings involving Abra Mining with our Department. However, since the administrative proceedings are ongoing, we cannot release any further information on the matter.

Please note that such information will fall under the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016, particularly Sections 7(e) and 7(f), to wit:

7. Records of proceedings or information from proceedings which, pursuant to law or relevant rules and regulations, are treated as confidential or privileged, including but not limited to the following:

e. Result of examinations made by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the operations, books and records of any corporation, and all interrogatories propounded by it and answers thereto;

f. Information related to investigations which are deemed confidential under the Securities Regulation Code.
