I would like to request to
1. Stop OLA from harassing me and my family
2. Stop OLA from their death threats and degrading text blasting
3. STOP OLA from texting all my contact list, sending and posting to my fb and messenger degrading post
4. I want them to be investigated

You asked the SEC to "STOP OLA from their harassment, threat, text blasting, posting in fb and messenger."

We note that you only attached a screenshot of the OLA's text message, which is not a valid ID or proof of your identity. As you may be aware, Filipino citizens can make an FOI Request. As a matter of policy, however, requestors are required to present proof of identification.

To file a Formal Complaint Against a Lending Company:
Download and fill out the complaint form completely and accurately: https://www.sec.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/2021FORM_Updated-Complaint-Form.docx.

Provide the necessary attachments, namely:
1. Relevant documents and evidence that will support your claim/s and/or allegation/s (e.g. screenshots of text messages and conversations with the financing/lending company);
2. Loan agreement (if any);
3. Valid government-issued ID; and
4. Address (in the Philippines) where you may be furnished a copy of letter/s and/or order/s from the Commission.
