You asked for Integrated Green Technology Visayas, Inc.  and Ze Hira Philippines Inc.                        

Response to Request

With regards to your query, kindly be informed that as verified from SEC Database both corporation was registered with this Office. (We are providing copy of the details for your reference.) However, for further queries, kindly coordinate directly with the Company Registration and Monitoring Department - Compliance and Monitoring Division for confirmation of the status of registration of corporations.  You may send email to crmd_publicassistance@sec.gov.ph /crmd_monitoring@sec.gov.ph or you may reach them at 8818-2886/0956-885-3615 for your concern. 

To request for copies of documents, i.e., Articles, AFS and GIS filed with the SEC, you may proceed through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days from the date of payment.
