Dear Nyle Mattieu Cauli,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 02, 2019 12:51:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In connection with your request for the Articles of Incorporation of Philippine Native Plants Conservation Society Inc., please be informed that SEC has two (2) on-line document retrieval system where public can get plain or authenticated copies of documents; 
1	SEC i-View - an online facility, operational 24 x7, is a pay-per-use system, where the public can view and print documents submitted to SEC from pre-war to Aug. 2017 which can be accessed through the SEC website.  A pre-paid card (pin mailer) with a stored value of Php 100.00 is purchased from SEC Cashier.  The PIN of the pin mailer is loaded into the system.  A corresponding amount is credited to the user’s account for each transaction completed.  The charges are: 
       Per page viewed – Php 0.50
       Per page printed – Php 10.00

2	SEC Express System - alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC not available in SEC i-View.  It covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Numer 737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
c.	By Appointment – the public may schedule an appointment when to go to SEC to make their request for documents.  The request shall then be accompanied at the appointed date and time. A maximum of three (3) documents per appointment shall be accommodated. One-time request in excess of three documents shall be referred to the Online Application and/or Call Center Facility.  All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within three (3) days from the date of payment.
