1. Audited Financial Statements of Hospitals in Cebu from the year 2019 - 2023

At least five hospitals or medical center from Cebu would be fine. This data will be used for academic research purposes. Thank you!

Your Request

You asked for Audited Financial Statements of Hospitals in Cebu.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, kindly be inform that in order for you to request for the Audited Financial Statement, you have to provide the names of the Hospitals you need. 

Please be inform further, that, AFS can be requested per company though the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days from the date of payment.
