Good day SEC, do you have programs for businesses to convert to corporations? I'm a business owner and want to expand further. I wonder If you have certifications and training for such.

so my inquiries may be summarized as follows
1. conversion from sole proprietor to OPC 
2. SEC/corporation-related training and certifications
3. programs promoting conversion to a corporation
