PAYSO's PesoBuffet and MocaMoca Online Loan App Concern

Requested from SEC by J. Fernandez at 08:09 AM on Nov 10, 2022.
Purpose: Online Loan Apps Unlawful Procedure
Date of Coverage: 10/28/2022 - 11/10/2022
Tracking no: #SEC-538436180383

Fernandez 08:09 AM, Nov 10, 2022

Hi! I just want to forward a concern about these loan apps under PAYSO's, which are PesoBuffet and MocaMoca.

I made a 2k loan on each app. I received Php 1300 only from PesoBuffet and Php 1500 only from MocaMoca and I am willing to pay it.

They promised me it can be paid within 30 days. However, they started charging me after 7 days and that's 7% per day.

I tried to chat their customer service so that I can pay it in installment but they told me that they can't do anything about it and told me that if I don't have to pay it right away, it will give me negative effects in the future.
