I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST INFORMATION REGARDING A LOCAL CORPORATION THROUGH THE SEC FIELD OFFICE WITH JURISDICTION OVER THE AFORESAID CORP. DOES THE FIELD OFFICE HAVE THE FOI FORM OR IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO SUBMIT A EFOI REQUEST?

MY REASON FOR ASKING  IS TO CHECK WHETHER THE CORPORATION IN QUESTION HAD SUBMITTED A AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT ON CERTAIN YEARS BECAUSE  WE ARE CURRENTLY AUDITING THE RECORDS OF THE CORP AND WE CANNOT FIND THEIR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ON CERTAIN YEARS.

You are asking on whether the corporation in question had submitted an audited Financial Statement on certain years.
