Hello, good day.

A lot of people were recruited to join this NGO named Tribong Maharlika National Organization Inc which is said to be giving finance to the poor. They are giving out forms saying you will receive assistance from the government. I just wanted to know if this organization is fake or true or a scam. and I want to know if this Tribong Maharlika National Organization Inc was a Sec Registered.  In the form, they noted the organization is Sec registered. The Sec Number they use is 2022060055794-00.

Based on our initial findings, please be informed that there is a registered entity under the name of TRIBONG MAHARLIKA NATIONAL ORGANIZATION INC. with SEC Registration Number 2022060055794-00 registered on June 13, 2022. You may request for a Certification on the Corporate Status/Information of an entity with our Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) through on-line by sending your letter-request to cfrd_application02@sec.gov.ph The fee for said Certification is in the amount of Five Hundred Thirty Pesos (P530.00). 

With regards to request for copies of any corporate records on file with the Commission, we advise that you access the SEC Express System at secexpress.ph or call them at (02) 8737-8888.
