I am a 4th year BS Accountancy student from the University of Santo Tomas, and I would like to request for the Financial Statements of The Moment Group (founded by Abba Napa, Eliza Antonino, Jon Syjuco) for compliance with our academic research paper. The information we need are their Financial Statements from year 2016 or 2017 until 2022.

Response to Request

As verified from the SEC Database, please be informed that there are 2 registered entity under the name of Moment Group Inc. (We are providing copy of the details for your reference). 

To request for copies of documents, i.e., AFS and GIS filed with SEC, we advise that you access the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
