Good day, I have some very serious complain against Pesohere loan app. I downloaded the app not to apply for a loan ahead but to compare which lending platform/online applications has the smallest interest. It is truly not my intention to have anuamount disbursed to my account right away. I was there to learn first what are the other fees or interest I have to pay before I push through. However, just after signing up they disbursed 2k to my Gcash but they notified me I needed to pay 3500 with only five-day repayment term. How is it possible and legal?!

I hope to get some help as soon as possible. I have been receiving several calls and collection texts from Pesohere. I want to make it clear that just after completing the sign up steps on their app, they sent 2k right away. They are suppose to give their borrower options first before theh push through. All they did was surprise me after they disbursed the amount that i would have to repay 3500 in 5 days. Isn't it illegal to charge a very unreasonable high interest for a short term loan? they are asking for more than 50%. On top of that, they posted comments on my social media that embarrased me so much. I was so desperate to cancel the loan because i did not ask for it in the 1st place. I was only on the app with the intention to review their terms and jnterests first but they went ahead and process the loan without giving a heads up. Then a person emailed me iinstructing to send back the 2k so they can clear the loan. i did sent back the 2k but apparently, it was a person pretending to be from pesohere. I am really stressed out and afraid that they would eventually start contacting my friends, family and employer. Please help me :(

The harrassment has started po. I have returned the 2k they sent me by surprise but they are still asking for 3640 repayment. how is this legal? please help 😢
