Good morning, I would like to kindly request for the copy of Corregidor Foundation Inc's (CFI) articles of incorporation. I am currently doing an academic analysis of the 2019 case of Oriondo, et al. v. Commission on Audit (2019) which involved the CFI. Having the articles of incorporation will be of great help to my analysis.

In connection with your request for the copy of Articles of Incorporation of Corregidor Foundation Inc, please be informed that you can get a plain or authenticated copy of the documents thru SEC Online Application and the Call Center Facility under the SEC Express System. However, due to the Enhance Community Quarantine, the SEC Express System is temporarily suspended hence, request for SEC documents will not be available as of this moment.  Rest assured that we will immediately inform you once the SEC express System becomes available to the public after the lifting of the ECQ.
