Hi! I would like to report Moca Moca Lending Application
1.) They do public shaming;
2.) They call all your contact list without your consent;
3.) They send death threats.
4.) They keep on calling and texting.
5.) One of my family member had a heart attack because of this.

Hi,
Thank you so much for accepting my request. I have checked the linked that you have provided and MocaMoca Lending application is not listed. Please help us. There's a lot of us who are their victims. They have been harassing us and accessed our phone illegaly. They have fetched a lot of contact numbers. Please help us. I am crying now due to frustration and I am being traumatized because of them. One of my family member had fallen ill because of them. You can find them on Google Play or Playstore but you cannot find any website on google. Please , we really need your help asap to stop their stunt. Please. Thank you

Please be informed that Moca Moca is a recorded online lending platform (OLP) of Copperstone Lending Corp., a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with Certificate of Registration No. CS2021050012959-04 and Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Lending Company (CA) No. 3454.

Also, your FOI request may indicate possible violation of the SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18, series of 2019, on the Prohibition on Unfair Collection Practices. In this regard, you may file a formal complaint with us by following the instructions below:

c. address (in the Philippines) where you may be furnished a copy of letter/s and order from the Commission.
