I had multiple attempt of account verification 3 times for this day however for unknown reason the system stated its perfect and proceed witj KYC process and now support inform me that its blur since i did it multple times. also requested to do a manual verification by providing a clear copy of photo of ID front and back part and again support asked me to reprocess which I did however encountered an error with
