I would like to obtain any record pertaining to the number of complaints or ongoing investigations against HOYA Lending Investor Corporation ("HOYA") and their collection companies Grand Fusion and Carry You. According to SEC complaint records, a significant number of victims have filed complaints against HOYA for failing to provide a loan agreement / disclosure statement, conspiring with agencies, and engaging in money laundering. In fact, authorities in Hong Kong SAR have blocked transactions to HOYA due to the illicit nature of their business operations.
