You asked for 2020 - 2022 Audited Financial Statement of Chevron Philippines Inc..

Response to Request

This refers to your query for Audited Financial Statements of Chevron Philippines Inc. (PW00000007) from 2020 to 2022, please be informed that this Department can provide copies of all AFS received during the period you required but it will be through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
