After filling up their loan application form via the PesoBuffet, I was on the final page of the application when I suddenly and automatically submits the form without pressing the submit button and without the user's confirmation and no way to cancel it. Even though, forcibly I closed the app. After minutes, they credited 1, 500 pesos to my GCash account.
When I contacted their customer service via their app and explained to them my concern about the auto-submission of the application form they insisted the that there where no malfunction of the submission.
Returning The 1, 500 Pesos to them
