To the authority,
I would like to humbly seek for your assistance due to some Harassment of Online Lending. I am experiencing anxiety because of their verbal abuse. I have sleepless nights because of their threats that they will post my picture and even my family in social media to shame. I have two kids who is minor and I don't want them to experience shaming because of this. I have all the screenshots and even audio record of harassment. Until know I am receiving various threats and debt shaming thru SMS and call in spite that I am properly coordinating to them they still ignore my reasons.
