Hello,
On 9 June 2021, SEC has issued an advisory to the public not to invest in Flint.
Flint released a statement on 18 June 2021 that they have previously filed for a crowdfunding license.

Flint also released a statement on 5 April 2022. They mentioned that they cannot provide additional info so as not to impede the ongoing SEC investigation.

I would like to get an update about the crowdfunding license application status. Has it been approved, denied or still in progress?

Is there any on-going investigation from SEC or is this case closed?
