As requested, here are the list of requirements for Conversion of RHQ to ROHQ and vice versa: 

1.	Petition for Amendment/Conversion of license
2.	Authenticated copy of the Board Resolution approving the amendments/conversion
3.	Monitoring/Clearance from appropriate Department of the Commission (request with the Compliance and Monitroring Division (CMD) through cmd_foreign_monitoring@sec.gov.ph)
4.	Endorsement/Clearance from appropriate government agencies (if applicable only)
5.	Endorsement/Clearance from the Board of Investments (for RHQ and ROHQ)
