Your Request

You asked for The number of registered partnerships and corporation under creative sector in Baguio City.

Response to Request

This refers to your query:

1. Kindly be informed that you may request for the list of registered entities by industry [https://psa.gov.ph/content/philippine-standard-industrial-classification-psic] in Baguio City. You may ask the data to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.

As to the Annual Income/Revenue, this information can be found in the Financial Statements (AFS)  which can be requested per company though the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
