Good day. I would like to ask if Hinoba-an Reforestration and Management Association (HIRMANASS) Inc. a non-stock registered corporation bearing the SEC Registration #: E20000845 and its Principal Office: Brgy. Bacuyangan, Hinoba-an still an active entity? I would also like to ask if its certificate of incorporation is already revoked? I will have a transaction with the said corporation, I would like to make sure if it’s certificate is still subsisting.
