With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, Tigershield Industrial Corporation was registered with this Office in 2017 (Registration # CS201730783). As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2022 only.
Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed through SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC. The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph. SEC Express System covers the following options:
