Hello, 

Could you please give us a procedure on how we can create an arbitration of corporation and if this is applicable to non-profit corporation (condominium association)?

What are the detailed steps we need to do to create this? Is there any free assistance we can seek from SEC to have create this?

Is this comparable to a grievance committee in a homeowner's association?
