Hello, I am an individual who invested in Flex Fuel. I wanted to know how do I file for a complaint to them since they have not given any progress on my investment and they have been unresponsive anymore when I contacted them for refund of my investment.

Thank you for your request dated Jul 12, 2023 01:45:43 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Investment Complaint.

Section 2-2(c), Rule II, Part I of the 2016 SEC ROP provides that the Enforcement and Investor Protection Department (EIPD) has jurisdiction over investigations and administrative actions involving the following: (a) Market manipulation, (b) Insider trading, (c) Selling, offering or transacting unregistered securities by entities without secondary license, (d) Ultra vires acts committed in violation of the Corporation Code and (e) all other matters involving investor protection filed by the public.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Karen F. Lazaro, OGC Administrative Officer V <kflazaro@sec.gov.ph>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
