Hi! I just want to file a formal complaint with this company. I have talked to them already that I will pay for a partial payment for today then I will pay full amount the next day. I received a messaged coming from their agents that they are accepting partial payments so I replied back but then they suddenly inform me to pay the full amount which is I already tell them many times since I'm a covid positive. So what they did is that they messaged all the people on my contact list about my loan which they informed that I'm not coordinating to them which is I have evidence to show.
