I would like to ask for statistics on the number of companies that were late in filing or failed to file their Audited Financial Statement (AFS) and/or General Information Sheet (GIS) for 2018 and 2019. (You may also include 2017)

Also, as a result of the late or nonfiling, how much penalties were collected by SEC? Please provide a breakdown of the penalties as to how much was collected from 1st time offenders, 2nd time or 3rd time offenders.

This is one way of gauging the compliance of companies and if the existing penalties act as a deterrent or not.
