You asked for LATEST GIS.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, kindly be informed that as of to date, the Latest available General Information Sheet (GIS) of Vertex Aluminum Facade Corporation and Glasco Mirror Corporation is for the period 2022.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said GIS, you may proceed through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures.
