You asked for FINANCIAL STATEMENT OF COMMERCIAL LEASE BUSINESSES IN RIZAL PROVINCE.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that you may request for the list of Commercial Lease businesses in Rizal to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.
