I'm an Office Management student from Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, and I would like to request for J&T Express Philippines’ Financial Statement for case study purposes. The specific information we need is their Financial Statement from year 2019, 2020 and 2021.

You asked for Financial Statement of J&T express.

Response to Request

With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, J&T Express Inc. was formerly registered as PH Global Jet Express Inc with SEC Registration#CS201820785. (We are providing copy of the details for your reference). As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2018 to 2021.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed to the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
