I would like to request for a list of Italian-owned companies registered with SEC Philippines that are still operating (have not closed down), if possible with details on capitalization, ownership, business address, contact persons, contact details, nature of business or industry classification.

You asked for Names of Italian companies registered with SEC Philippines.

Response to Request

We regret to inform you that we have no data regarding names of Italian companies. We can only provide list of companies with Italian equity.  You may request the data to Ms. Ma. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request requires payment for processing fee as stated in SEC MC No. 3 s 2017.
