HI! I am a legitimate Homeowner at Chrysanthemum Village, San Pedro Laguna. I would like to request for a copy of the ff:

1. Articles of Incorporation of Chrysanthemum Village Home Owners Assoc. at least from 2016 to 2020; and

2. By-laws of Chrysanthemum Village HOA.

I am requesting a copy of said documents for purposes of legal research to support our petition to remove the illegal truck/bus parking along Balagtas st., Chrysanthemum Village.

We already wrote a letter regarding such concern to our HOA President but our complaint simply fell on deaf ears. Pls. Help us. Thank you!

With regards to your request for copy of Articles and By-Laws of Chrysanthemum Village HOA, please be informed that you can get a plain or authenticated copy of the documents thru SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
