I would like to request for a copy of the SEC Registration and the most latest Public Financial Statement of the company IORESS PHILIPPINES INC owned by Nestor Herrera Alcala, President/CEO. 

This will be used for profiling for a possible investment of a business from Japan.

You asked for SEC Registration and Latest Public Financial Statement.

Response to Request

Kindly be informed that IORESS PHILIPPINES INC. was registered with this Office in 2020. As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2020.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed to the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
