I am currently doing my research paper about the rice industry in the Philippines. I would like to request a copy of an audited financial statements 2018 and 2019 of Chen Yi Agventures to supplement my research.

You asked for Audited Financial Statements.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, kindly be informed that you may request copy of the Audited Financial Statement of Chen Yi Agventures Inc. using the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
