Hi. I would like to file a complaint against an online loan app named KVIKU. Last year, I am checking this app and wanted to give it a try, and yes just one click without seeing the breakdown of fees and other payments, I was automatically granted a loan of 3k. But when they send me the contracts I was horrified, I wasn't informed or shown first what the loan and its breakdown About..I borrowed 3k and have to pay 1k+ per 14days (or twice a month with a total amount of 2k+) and this was payable for 4 1/2 months, so for the 3k principal, I have to return more 9k+..I am a victim of clickbait.
