I would like to request for the information of 4M SPC MANUFACTURING CORPORATION, its board of directors and officers and also if they have SECONDARY LICENSE TO ACCEPT INVESTMENT because this company is accepting money for investment then later they don't pay their investors of their supposed earnings and capital, in other words they scammed their investors in millions and millions of pesos.
