Your Request

You asked for List of Japanese Companies in Cebu.

Response to Request

This refers to your request regarding list of Registered Japanese companies in Cebu City. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  We do not classify companies according to it's nationality. However, we can provide list of companies with Japanese equity.  You may request the data to Ms. Ma. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division. Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.
