Hi,

Good day. For your kind assistance please.

I would like to verify legitimacy (before I invest) of this company RL Aggregates and Diversified Lending Group Inc. to accept investments from lenders or public.

I have the draft contract from them and it says that upon investment, I will be one of the shareholders of the company. Is this possible and legit?

Please be informed the RL Aggregates and Diversified Lending Group Inc. is a registered company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

As to whether it has a secondary license to solicit money or investments from the public, please be informed that it does not have a permit.

To report such solicitation, please send your information or complaint to epd@sec.gov.ph
