You asked for Latest Financial Statement of Sunnies Inc..

Response to Request

Kindly be informed that as verified from SEC Database Sunnies Inc. Doing Business under the names and styles of SUNNIES, SUNNIES STUDIOS, SUNNIES SPECS, AND CUP POINT (SEC Reg# CS201318005) was registered with this Office in 2013. As of to date, the latest Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2022.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  The System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days from the date of payment.
