You asked for List of Online Businesses Registered with the SEC.

Response to Request

This refers to your request for the list of Registered Online Entities.  
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  
Are you referring to the retail or wholesale industry?  Kindly refer to the industry classification [https://psa.gov.ph/content/philippine-standard-industrial-classification-psic] to identify the specific activity. You may ask the data to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note further that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
