Greetings!

Based on our initial findings, please be informed that there is a registered entity under the name of Co. Own Incorporated with SEC Registration Number CS201507900 registered on April 23, 2015. You may request for a Certification on the Corporate Status/Information of an entity with our Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) through on-line by sending your letter-request to cfrd_application02@sec.gov.ph The fee for said Certification is in the amount of Five Hundred Thirty Pesos (P530.00). 

With regards to request for copies of any corporate records on file with the Commission, we advise that you access the SEC Express System at secexpress.ph or call them at (02) 8737-8888.
