Hi, I would like to request for the following information:

1. Total authorized plantilla, with breakdown of number as to status of appointment (e.g. permanent, contractual, etc.)

2. Number of vacant positions published for filling up between Jan 2018 - June 2019

3. Number of applications received per position published

4. Method of accepting applications to vacant positions (e.g. email, walk-in, browser system,. etc.)

5.  Documents used for comparative assessment, how it is prepared and what are the details necessary 

6. Number of personnel managing recruitment selection and placement
